Project REBIRTH #10: Ranged Enemies

In addition to the player's arsenal, I've now widened the enemy arsenal a bit with some ranged shooters to complement the standard melee enemies in most battles. Right now they just periodically take pot shots at the player. Not much of a danger on their own, but when mixed in with melee troops or other shooters should give the player a lot more to manage in the heat of battle.
While it may be annoying to have these guys constantly plinking away at you when you're distracted, it's not all bad however. I've also implemented "projectile parrying", so properly timing your attacks can allow you to send their shots right back at them. Even if they survive the damage, they'll be launched and primed for a follow-up combo, turning every enemy projectile into a possible combo opportunity.
The video showcases how you can even use this in battle to take care of their friends. Whoops...
